Reynolds Consumer Products Canada ("Reynolds", “we”, “us” or “our”) has created this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to describe how we collect, use and share personal information in connection with the www.ALCAN.ca website (“Site”).

III. Personal Data Collection and Use

IV. Information Collected Automatically
Reynolds collects certain information automatically when you visit our Site. We and our service providers, agents or suppliers may process and use this data for purposes including, but not limited to, website development, assessing patterns of use, or planning and assessing Reynolds marketing initiatives. V. Disclosures/Onward Transfers
Reynolds may disclose your Personal Data to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries and our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries in compliance with applicable privacy principles, regulations and rules, as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
In order to more efficiently provide the products you may request from us, Reynolds may also share your Personal Data with selected third parties and group members who are acting or gathering information on our behalf as our agents, suppliers, or providers.
To this effect, we may disclose Personal Data to the following:
- Third parties and group members who perform tasks on our behalf, such as data hosting and processing, analytics, marketing. These third parties and group members must agree to provide adequate protections for your Personal Data that are no less protective than those set out in this Privacy Policy and to use your information only for the purposes for which the third party has been engaged by us. While outside of Canada Personal Data will be subject to applicable foreign laws, which may permit foreign government and national security agencies to access Personal Data in certain circumstances.

VI. Right to Access, Change or Delete Personal Data

We will use all reasonable efforts to supply you with a copy of your Personal Data and/or correct any factual inaccuracies. Upon request, we will remove such information from our databases unless we are entitled or required to retain it pursuant to other agreements or by law.
Be sure to include your name and clear instructions regarding any change or deletion. In the event you choose to delete your Personal Data from our database, we will retain a record that such information had been deleted as well as your request for deletion as evidence of our compliance with this Privacy Policy.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before providing access to Personal Data or making changes.
VII. Security and Data Integrity
Personal Data is maintained on our servers or those of our affiliates or service providers. This agreement outlines the terms of use for any website (the “Website”) operated by Reynolds Consumer Products Canada ("Reynolds", "we", "our", or "us"). Our Website, which is linked to this policy enable users of the Internet ("you" or "your") to view and learn more about us and our products.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
7.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL REYNOLDS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS, OR ANTICIPATED LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 8. Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reynolds from any claim, expense or demand including, without limitation, for reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Privacy. Reynolds is committed to safeguarding your privacy. The terms regulating the handling of personal information in connection with the Website are described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law. To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict of laws provisions thereof that would indicate the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the City of Toronto to resolve any legal matter arising from this Agreement. You agree to receive service of process through certified mail or by other means sanctioned by law, and you expressly waive any claim of improper venue and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.
11. General. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforceable. You agree that this Agreement may be assigned by Reynolds, in its sole discretion, to a third party. Section headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act thereafter with respect to that or any subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof. The provisions of this Agreement will survive termination or expiration to the extent necessary to carry out the intentions of the parties.
