Preparation
Start by soaking some wood chips in water for at least 1 hour. Add the soaked wood chips to a 12” sheet of ALCAN® Ultimate Grilling Foil and fold the foil in half and the edges inward, pressing down, to cover the wood chips completely. Flip the package and poke several holes in the top to allow the smoke to escape. Once you’re ready to cook, place the packet on the grill near your food and prepare for some smoking good eats!
