PREHEAT the oven to 350˚F.
CUT the grilled chicken into ½ inch chunks and toss them in a large bowl along with the buffalo wing sauce until every piece of chicken is coated.
PLACE the buffalo chicken into an ALCAN® Non-Stick Cake Pan.
EVENLY spread the provolone cheese on top of the buffalo chicken.
Place ALCAN® Non-Stick Cake Pan on a non-disposable baking sheet for support. BAKE the chicken for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
SERVE the buffalo chicken alongside some celery and carrot sticks, blue cheese and ranch dressing and mini hamburger buns.
