Preparation
STEP 1
PREHEAT oven to 425˚F.
STEP 2
LINE a 13x9x2 inch baking pan with ALCAN® Non-Stick Foil with the non-stick (dull) side toward food.
STEP 3
PREPARE stuffing mix following package directions. Stir in apple and cranberries. Spread stuffing evenly in aluminum foil-lined pan.
STEP 4
PLACE chops on top of stuffing; sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
STEP 5
MIX brown sugar and butter; brush onto chops.
STEP 6
BAKE 20-22 minutes or until chops are done.
