PREHEAT the oven to 325°F.
PLACE the ham in an ALCAN® Heavy Duty 10 lb Roaster pan and place on a baking sheet for support. Press each clove into the ham approximately 1 inch apart, covering all sides of the ham.
IN a small sized saucepan add the pineapple juice, brown sugar and honey; whisk until combined. Place the saucepan on a burner on high heat for 12-15 minutes or until the liquid is reduced by half.
ONCE the pineapple glaze is cooked, whisk in the butter and baste the ham on all sides, reserving some for basting throughout the cooking process as well as for serving with the ham.
PLACE ham in the oven on the baking sheet and cook for 90 minutes; continue to baste with the pineapple glaze throughout the cooking process.
ONCE finished, let the ham rest for 10 minutes and slice before serving.
