Preparation
Season your brisket heavily with black pepper & kosher salt before creating a foil smoker packet using ALCAN® Ultimate Grilling Foil. Place your brisket and foil smoker packet on the grill and smoke on low for 2 hours.
Remove the smoked brisket from the grill and wrap completely in ALCAN® Ultimate Grilling Foil before placing brisket on a baking sheet to finish cooking in a 250˚F (121˚C) oven until the brisket reaches an internal temperature of 190˚F (87˚C). Remove from the oven and let sit for 30 minutes, then enjoy!
