WHISK together eggs, orange juice, milk, 3 tablespoons pecans, brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg.
POUR half of the mixture into a 13x9x2 inch dish. Place the bread in a single layer on top of the egg batter. Pour the remaining batter over the top of the bread. Cover with ALCAN® standard Foil and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
FRY bread in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden on each side.
SERVE with remaining pecans and maple syrup.
