PREHEAT the oven to 350˚F.
MIX together the apples, lemon juice, sugar and nutmeg in a bowl until combined.
POUR the apple mixture into an ALCAN® Non-Stick Square Cake Pan with Lid.
ADD the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and unsalted butter to a food processor and pulse until the butter is the size of rice.
SPREAD the oats and butter mixture all over the apples and make sure the apples are completely covered.
Place ALCAN® Non-Stick Square Cake Pan on a non-disposable baking sheet for support. BAKE in the oven for 35 minutes on 350˚F or until the oatmeal topping is slightly brown.
SERVE hot with vanilla ice cream.
