Preparation
STEP 1
PLACE popcorn in a large bowl.
STEP 2
MAKE IT SWEET: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add brown sugar and cook, stirring constantly for 30 seconds. Pour over popcorn, cover with ALCAN® standard Foil and toss. Drizzle on melted chocolate, cover again and toss once more. Sift powdered sugar on top and toss again. Serve immediately.
STEP 3
MAKE IT SPICY: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in lime juice. Pour over popcorn, cover with ALCAN® standard Foil and toss. Combine salt, red pepper flakes and chili powder. Sprinkle on popcorn, cover again and toss. Serve immediately.
STEP 4
MAKE IT SAVOURY: Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn, cover with ALCAN® standard Foil and toss. Combine Italian seasoning, salt and paprika. Sprinkle on popcorn, cover again and toss. Sprinkle cheese on top and toss again. Serve immediately.
