PREHEAT the oven to 375˚F.
COOK the bacon in a large pot on high heat until crispy and brown.
REMOVE the bacon from the pot once cooked and browned and set aside. Add in the onions and butter and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
ADD the flour into the pot with onions and butter and stir together and cook for 2 more minutes.
WHISK the milk into the pot until combined and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes or until it begins to become thick.
FINISH the mixture by whisking in the grated Swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
FOLD in the bacon and sliced brussels sprouts to the pot and then pour the mixture into an ALCAN® Non-Stick Square Cake Pan.
SPRINKLE the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese to the top of the creamy brussels sprouts.
PLACE ALCAN® Non-Stick Square Cake Pan on a non-disposable baking sheet for support. Bake in the oven on 375˚F for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese are golden brown.
