Preparation
STEP 1
PREHEAT oven to 450˚F or grill to medium-high.
STEP 2
CENTRE potatoes evenly on sheet of ALCAN® Heavy Duty Foil. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
STEP 3
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
STEP 4
BAKE 30-35 minutes on cookie sheet in oven or GRILL 15-20 minutes in covered grill. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
