Preparation
STEP 1
PREHEAT grill to 400°F. Use a fork to poke drainage holes into 6 sheets of ALCAN® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Brush pineapple rings with olive oil, then fully wrap each in foil.
STEP 2
GRILL for 1-2 minutes in covered grill over direct heat. Turn pineapple and grill additional 1-2 minutes or until pineapple is tender.
STEP 3
REMOVE from foil and transfer each grilled pineapple slice to a bowl. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, add rainbow sprinkles and top with cherry. Serve immediately.
